Ski Swap Consigner Information

Important Notice to Consignors

We are unable to accept the following items:

  • Straight skis
  • Helmets older than 5 years.
  • Badly worn clothing (large stains or tears)
  • Rear-entry ski boots

All items must be registered online by Friday, November 3rd at 3 pm.  Any items not registered by then must be checked-in at drop-off.   Consignors may not make ANY changes to registered items after 3 pm on Friday, November 3rd.   This includes changes to the price or description of the item.  

 

Returning Consignor Instructions

Follow these instructions if you were a consignor at the 2022 Swap.  

To register your items for sale from home:

  1. Login to your account. (link below)
  2. Register to participate in this year's sale.
  3. Update your account information if necessary (optional).
  4. Click on the "My Homepage" button.
  5. From the pull down menu,  choose "Work With Consigned Inventory" to begin entering your items.
  6. Print your tags.
  7. Securely affix tags to items.
  8. Drop items off at Swap on Friday, November 3rd from 4 to 8 pm at Cannon Mountain's Peabody Base Lodge (lower level).

New Consignor Instructions

Use this link if you are a brand-new consignor.

To register your items for sale from home:

  1. Register as a consignor. (link below)
  2. Login and enter your items. (link below)
  3. Print your tags.
  4. Securely affix tags to items.
  5. Drop items off at Swap on Friday, November 3rd from 4 to 8 pm at Cannon Mountain's Peabody Base Lodge (lower level).

Helpful Hints

  • When entering your items, please be as descriptive as possible, noting things such as color, condition and size specifications for each item.  For example instead of "kid's race suit", enter "Blue Spyder Sz 10/12, Worn 1 Season".
  • When selling footwear (other than ski boots) please choose from the following options in the "size" field; youth shoe, women's shoe, men's shoe and then include the actual shoe size in the item description.  
  • When selling ski boots, please include the mondopoint size whenever possible.  See link to the ski boot size chart below.
  • When affixing tags to your items, please do so as securely as possible while ensuring that the full barcode remains visible.
  • When printing your tags, please do so at the highest level of  print quality available.  This will help ensure that your barcodes are readable.
  • If you are unable to register your items ahead of time, you can do so at drop-off.  Please allow extra time for check-in.
