• Gear drop off is Friday, November 7th  from 2:30 pm to 8 pm at the Mittersill Performance Center.*  
• We highly recommend creating your seller account at home ahead of time as email confirmation is required to set-up an account.  If you absolutely must wait until you arrive at check-in on Friday, please ensure that you have a way to access your email.  
• You will be asked during the registration process if you would like to discount items that remain unsold.  If you select to do so, the price of your item will automatically be discounted by the % you select beginning at 10:30 am.   This option is available on a per item basis, so you may select which items you would like to discount.
• We recommend printing labels and attaching those to  your items ahead of check-in.  However, if you are unable to do so,  we will be able to print those for you on site.  When attaching labels, please do so securely.   
• Unsold items must be picked up between 11 am and Noon on Saturday.  Any items remaining after Noon will be donated to local charities.  30% of the proceeds from the sale of each item will be retained by FSC.  Sellers will receive a check for their portion (70%) by mail within two weeks of the event.
• In the event that an item you have consigned is returned to us, within 7 days of the sale,  due to unrepairable damage (ie: broken binding, bent ski) the sale price of that item will deducted from your check.  

*We will be offering early-drop off on Friday for anyone traveling to the Profile Girl's Soccer game.  However, we will not be fully staffed until 4 pm so if can wait until then to drop-off, we would greatly appreciate it.

We are unable to accept the following items:

• Straight skis
• Helmets older than 4 years.
• Badly worn clothing (large stains or tears)
• Rear-entry ski boots or any boot older than 10 years.

We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet current standards.  

During the check-in process, you are given the option to add a photo of your item.  This is not required but can be helpful in the case that the item's label becomes detached during the sale.

When selling ski boots, please use the Mondopoint size (ie 20.5) not shoe size.  A Mondopoint conversion chart may be found below.
